Meet Our Team

Wolf AdlerCo-Founder/Director of Sales
Co-Founder of Koneco Building Services and was appointed the Director of Sales in 2008. Wolf Adler has had the innovative, entrepreneurial spirit since his childhood, always working on creating new inventions and having an interest in forming businesses. He earned two separate undergraduate degrees from the University of Central Florida in the College of Business with a B.S.B.A. in Accounting and Finance and then went on to receive a Master of Science in Accounting from UCF.
Ernie Falco IIICo-Founder/Board of Directors
Co-Founder of Koneco Buildings Services Ernie Falco’s accomplishments in business began at the early age of twelve. He started a small neighborhood landscape and pressure washing business to earn money. Falco expanded on his business ideas while attending college at the University of South Florida by starting a residential pressure washing company with professional grade equipment. In 2008 he partnered with Wolf Adler to start Koneco Building Services, Inc.
Michael DyrlandSenior Mgr. of Business Development
As Senior Manager of Business Development Michael Dyrland’s goal is to ensure past, current, and future clients are receiving outstanding customer service and exactly what their property needs per our services. He also oversees various teams within Koneco to ensure all sales employees are achieving maximum results for our clients. Michael was president of Skal International, heavily involved with CFHLA, and mutliple other hotel and industry leading associations. In addition to a resume of past successes Michael is retired USMC and was a SGT E-5.
Chris RutterVP of Operations
As Vice President of Operations Chris Rutter ensures the project management department of Koneco Building Services, Inc. is at its best day-to-day. Rutter graduated from the University of Central Florida and is an integral part KBS. He ensures the jobs are done with quality, timely and that the clientele are satisfied. He has been with KBS for over five years and firmly believes in customer satisfaction, job cleanliness and timeliness. He is always available to speak with for each and every customer.
Alysia WelchExecutive Administrator
As Executive Administrator Alysia ensures clients satisfaction, all the teams are functioning properly on the day-to-day operations, scheduling department is updating the clients prior to work start and completion, and that all administrative work is completed properly externally and internally.
